MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

By being ruined, a young stockbroker gets a job on a bicycle messenger service. Although she enjoys the work, he soon discovers that the streets have a dark side. Also there falls in love with a coworker and makes new friends.
