MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Grimm is a developer Yorker who, fed up with the chaos and the corruption, decides to leave the town. With the help of his girlfriend Phyllis and her brother simpleton Loomis, produces a meticulous plan to flee by plane after robbing a bank. Disguised as a clown, Grimm will be responsible to enter and win the loot. So far it very easy, the problem is to get to the airport in the middle of a hellish traffic.
