MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In the early seventeenth century, the Manchu conquered China and established the Ching Dynasty. The new government immediately banned further study and practice of martial arts in order to impose order and consolidate power. "Wind of Fire", an army officer then sees an opportunity to get rich helping to implement the new law. Greedy, cruel, and immoral, "Wind of Fire" destroys land troops in northwest China and is ready to attack the final frontier: Martial Village, a territory inhabited by people untamed. A retired executioner, who incidentally had served the previous dynasty, feels a moral obligation to end this barbaric and joins the cause of Martial Village. The first thing to do is travel to the distant and mystical Mount Heaven to seek help so the "Master Shadow-Glow ", a hermit and fencing master whose disciples are extremely skilled in swordsmanship.
