MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

We are in the 90s, in a city of the English province, in appearance so life goes quiet, however on the other hand is not the same in every home. There is a widowed mom who incidentally takes care of his two children. This is Mel, who by not supporting the commitment to take forward to the family, opt for heroin as a means of escape. Each time she finds more immersed in the drug and it appears that no such escape, little mind losing her good friend Louise, from an overdose, this is not even the slightest moment, a weight situation for this so leave the addiction.
