MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The PTU is a special unit of the police militarized Hong Kong. After a chase with a band of robbers, in which in addition one of his colleagues fall in battle, the rest of the unit returns home. During the night one of their chiefs, after him with a teenager curious local gang leader, fall victim to a trap to be beaten by. As a result of this incident, he lost his gun.
