MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Dr. Robert Verne, a renowned environmentalist doctor even has a great sense of justice, is the person chosen by the State Administration for, in short, mediate a problem between an American Indian tribe and a paper factory isolated region of Maine, some of whose employees have mysteriously disappeared.
