MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

Daniel Ciello an Italian-born New York cop, to get rid of certain implications for unorthodox practices, agree to cooperate with internal affairs to bring to light several cases of corruption, but he does it with one condition: not to accuse their peers. However, things will not be so easy.
