MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2015 film?

Plan 9 is the story of Nilbog, a small town with a great history, the beginning of the invasion. However, instead of lasers, spaceships and so on, these aliens have a very different plan: to resurrect the dead and use them as army to wipe out all humanity. On Halloween night the fate of all people on Earth will be decided.
