MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Bobby, of great imagination, playing at being the leading figure in numerous adventures. The latter focuses on the pirate Jack Jezebel, captain of a legendary pirate ship, after a dispute with the crew, is thrown overboard mysteriously appearing in another century and Bobby's house.
