MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

A local ruler bows down seriously to the force from democratic forces and it is forced to hand over an integral part of his province to a democratically elected frontrunner. He additionally presents his pet dog to an undesirable peasant and his spouse. The bad peasant and their spouse, the dog just isn't only dog, but a symbol of the royalty which had constantly influenced included feelings of respect, admiration and blind worship. They bathe the dog really ceremonious way and simply take much care of it. They also desist from tying it up. However when the dog bites and kills a duck then a boy, it contributes to problems. The democratic leader requests the arrest of the dog, followed closely by the arrest associated with the poor peasant.
