MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

In 1947, Prime Minister of Yugoslavia Josip Broz, better known as Marshal Tito, made his first official visit to Romania. Although eastern neighbors crossed a particularly turbulent period for joining the nascent communist bloc, the protocol is the protocol, and friendship among nations?
