MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

1999, Belgrade is being bombed by NATO. Ljubisa is a man who makes his living with the black market. He lives with his mother, sister Dusica, longing to meet an American to take her to America, and his niece, the daughter of Dusica. Ljubisa no greater occurrence than using a homemade rocket to shoot down an enemy aircraft from the patio of your home. And coincidence or not, a plane blows up, and one American will land by parachute in his own home. Dusica, delighted, Ljubisa, in addition, he has had a prisoner of war.
