MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Joanna Stayton, a rich heiress presumptuous and also hires the carpenter Dean Proffitt on his yacht as it needs a closet to somehow keep their luxurious costumes. A little later, a fall, overboard, Joanna also gets hit causes him amnesia. When Dean fails in office, she dismisses him without pay. Aware of the fact on TV, Dean invents a chronicle to pose as her husband.
