MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

An ultimatum has been released to all countries of the world, otherwise they will be destroyed by storms and earthquakes caused by the device with a powerful secret criminal organization. The Zonal Organization World Intelligence and Espionage sends its best agents on the trail, but are quickly eliminated. In the absence of qualified spies, and in a close survey of the conditions of ideal secret agent to accomplish the mission, the result that shed computers is only one: the retired agent Derek Flint.
