MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

History of neglect and misery, violence and the flight of the smaller shelters. Mutants legend of three teenagers of 15 years who do not accept their place proposed society. They are survivors, are mutants that exist in all countries. Its director looks on all with an obvious eroticism, giving kids the power of sexual fascination and responsibility to tackle girl's life the hard way.
