MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Based on a Kazuo Umezu manga series that was published from 1969-1970, Orochi legend involves a girl named Kazusa and her jealous sister Lisa. Lisa always remember that her older sister does everything better than her, and over the years his love for his sister, turns to hate. When another young woman named Lisa Orochi saves a tragic accident, a strange chain of events is set in motion for several years. Orochi is the one who tells the story.
