MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In Uruguay, where he lives together with wife and son Thomas, Orlando Vargas suffers from pressure through the federal government. Completely watched by a policeman, Orlando seems never to value risk. He chooses to leave together with household to attend Josefina, the very last village by the sea before Brazil. There, things move faster: regarding the day's their arrival, Orlando doesn't return home.
