MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Based on the play ? ? Orfeu da Conceição ? ?, Vinicius da Moraes. A teenager responsible for a modest samba school, located in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, falls in love with Eurydice, newcomer to the neighborhood. The fights between local gangs and the police, so as the machinations of another teenager in love, prohibit your love survive.
