MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

St.Petersburg, XIX century. After squandering his wealth, Evgene Onegin, one of the most eligible bachelors in the town, receives an inheritance from an uncle large country estates. Once installed there, his neighbor Vladimir Lensky introduces him to Olga Larin, the sister of his fiancee. The chronicle of love that arises between them will encounter obstacles and misunderstandings that require Onegin to flee.
