MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

Three sailors on leave enjoy a cheerful, romantic and musical day off. Donen and Kelly roll his debut in which, for the first time in the history of film, cameras leave the sets and interiors decorated to some extent take to the streets to roll the balls of three sailors vitalist.
