MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

A man falls down the stairs, but alternatively of helping him, the bystanders take pictures making use of their phones. Lao Shi is a taxi motorist in which he's fighting for justice in the darkest recesses of Chinese society.
