MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

The story introduces us to Edgar, restaurant waiter somewhat sinister with a hard life and very uninteresting. But soon discover that this waiter is really a character in a novel he is writing a mediocre author worrying lack of inspiration. Edgar, tired of suffering, is presented to account for their fate in the apartment of the writer, which, naturally, is horrified to see that his imagination has materialized.
