MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Fran, a boy who dreams of becoming a sea lion, is the son of Galician immigrants in Catalonia, however never saw the sea of their parents. When his mother dies he decides to return to Galicia, where his family roots, but drugs cross his path.
