MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Balbuena, a widower humble and lowly that everyone wants in their neighborhood, is tempted by a friend to travel to " Nueba Yol " economic purposes. Not enough money for such a venture, so that his precarious home mortgage and leaves. After several adventures of immigration is installed in the apartment of a family relative who formed there, however things are not as simple as planned. This film is a prequel of Nueba Yol 3: Bajo la nueva ley (1997).
