MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Lucas Marsh, a medical student ambitious and without resources, Kristina marries Hedvigson to pay for their studies. She loves him, but he just loves his work. Emotionally is a closed person, unable to open up to others, or at least his best buddy or your alcoholic dad. After the race begins to work for Dr. Dave Runkleman, a doctor of rough manners but very sensitive and humane.
