MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

A girl named Garance is kidnapped and murdered. Almost twenty years after the tragic event, her parents have separated, and the mother is marrying another man and had another daughter. However, could not overcome the pain and memories constantly haunt her. One day, witnesses Garance's disappearance begin to be brutally murdered.
