MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

The film begins with the students of Azcona, who celebrate finishing their studies. Everyone decides to enjoy watching it on a beach, where Quimi discovers there a kind of precipice, which decides to run, followed shortly by his peers, in that cliff, all swear always stay together and not change his nature, to time to take to the sea, Caesar slips and is on the brink, the Valley try to help, he falls into the sea, landing on a huge metal buoy, being quadriplegic. That fact, and the torture marks permanently. The other fellow always brought to Valley as the main cause of what happened.
