MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Directed by Godfrey Ho with Victor seudómimo Sears. Blood runs through the streets of Hong Kong, and a veil of terror keeps the population in fear. One by one the murders are happening, but police have been unable to find any evidence. Gen. Peter enlists the help of John, an American agent martial arts expert. Everything is a war between gangs of murderers: the final victory will be decided in a fight between a white and a black ninja, which definitely will seal the fate of both bands.
