MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

To escape the vengeance of his eternal enemy, Craig leaves the getho where he lives and goes to spend some time with his Uncle Elroy and cousin Day- Day, who have won the lottery and live in a big house in the suburbs. When he gets there, Craig realizes that he was safer at home, as the Mexicans of the people, led by Joker, are a danger.
