MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

To Julie, a nurse inexperienced, is entrusted with the care of René, a human being who has a complicated degenerative disease that causes excruciating irascible behavior. René admits the teenager would like to make love to a woman before her breakthrough and impossible enfermadad sex. Proposes to the nurse to find a girl willing to do. Julie agrees and starts looking for the right woman among prostitutes in the area. Once accomplished the act, René becomes a lovely person to the surprise of all. From that point, the rest of the patients trying to find a logical explanation for that psychic metamorphosis.
