MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Britt is a beautiful young artist desired by all men, but she only has eyes for her boyfriend: a scientist who studies the minds of serial murderers dead. Both are involved in a dangerous impasse, when another young researcher proposes to an experiment based on the transfer of thoughts from the bodies of the murderers he works. He thinks he has found the opportunity of a lifetime, but the invention is not as expected.
