MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Two bad sisters (played by top list models My Duyen and Bang Lang), located in a slum area in Ho Chi Minh City, have found a malicious option to get cash, usually by acting disabled. At one scene, they find a way to deceive a guy and put him to sleep and stole all their possessions, including cash. The siblings decided to go out for this fancy restaurant, and quickly, came across a owner. The younger sibling sooner or later adore the young owner, although the two sisters made a decision to kidnap him for ransom. But ultimately of this film, karma occurred to 1 of this siblings.
