MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Jeff, 12, finds out that his family has long had a treasure on your property: Before he was executed during the Russian Revolution, the family of Tsar gave his grandfather a jewel embedded in an egg, which he hid in a well. Many years later, Jeff's grandfather is a humble man who lived in the United States, so that his daughter Alexandra going to the Soviet Union to claim his fortune. Alexandra looking everywhere, from small towns Kremlin. She is pursued by Soviet intelligence agents, falls for a teenage detective in Russia, and finally discovers the egg.
