MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The story introduces us to a world devastated by a pandemic caused by a virus that turns humans into primitive and blood -thirsty creatures liquid. Here, Marco and Sonia begin a journey to find a secret base to escape from these mutants, however can not escape entirely unscathed because Marco is infected. Slowly, he begins to suffer the same changes, as Sonia, who is pregnant, must battle their worst enemy, the man who loves.
