MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Strømgren, a dancer and choreographer, and Hodne, a phase director, send a theater team on trip into a corner of then Soviet Union, in which Vassa, the first choice, is increasingly despairing over fruitless aspirations and audiences insufficient interest. Destination Moscow is a lopsided view of this last ten years of Soviet Union, as seen through eyes of an incorrigible idealist from the provinces. He dreams of conquering the glamorous stage of Pushkin Theatre in Moscow. Art, love, hope and dreams become hefty burdens to keep when culture generally is falling apart. Smuggling sugar places some bread up for grabs.
