MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Morgan returns back home to a tragic accident in a cycling race has left him paraplegic. However, he tries to keep positive and do not crash the end of his life. But deep inside it has the feeling of being useless and being rather dead. Morgan knows Dean and the two forged a friendship, which later will lead to romance. Morgan wants to participate in the cycle race in the category of disabled due to their competitive nature and demonstrate their ability. Everyone is against it, even Dean, which marked differences between the two.
