MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Based on true events. Aileen Wuornos is a prostitute who was executed in 2002 in the state of Florida, after pleading author of six murders, including a policeman. Aileen said he had killed in self-defense, in response to the violent attacks he suffered while serving their craft. At the edge of despair and suicide, knows one day in a bar Selby Wall, a teenage lesbian who has been sent by his parents to live with her aunt to "cure her homosexuality." Wuornos, a victim of a tragic childhood of abuse, quickly falls for Selby, finding in it a reason to live. Unable to find decent, Wuornos still practicing prostitution. When one of his customers abuses her, she kills him in self-defense, thus beginning a tragic string of murders. This is the story of a murderer, but also a love story between two misfits. A remake called Monstruo (2008) was made based on this movie.
