MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

In a fictitious Canada a law that allows parents unable to control their problem children intern them in a special center is approved. However, Diane Die Despres, a widowed mother with character, she decides to educate his teenage son Steve, who suffers from ADHD and may turn out to be violent. Kyla's neighbor against his house, offers his help to Die. The relationship between the three will ever closer, emerging questions about the mystery of his life.
