MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

In remote alpine retreat Eagle's Nest, Eva Braun is visited by her lover. Hitler arrives with his closest collaborators, including counterfeit Joseph Goebbels, his wife Magda and the ambitious and authoritarian Martin Bormann. They spend a day off between vegetarian meals, walks and grotesque dances down the mountain, all punctuated by paradoxical discussions that contribute to draw the figure of a decadent dictator, paranoid and childish, surrounded by fawning and envious team. A picture of everyday banality and pettiness on the eve of the Nazi defeat in the Soviet front, with the specter of death and loneliness flying over the whole.
