MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Felix Detweiller is an intrepid police inspector who is about to make a terrible discovery. During a random inspection at the mansion of Mr. Frost, discover 24 bodies of people who were brutally murdered. The police arrived quickly and arrested Mr. Frost, shown indolent and outside the event. Little time later, Mr. Frost is detained in a psychiatric hospital. Since his arrest, Mr. Frost maintains its refusal to utter a single word. Nobody knows anything about your heritage or your past. Detweiller is intrigued and decides to investigate on his own. This same idea has happened to a doctor of psychiatry, captivated by the scientific study of the personality of Mr. Frost.
