MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Roger and Jean, on the verge of divorce, agree in a traffic accident caused by a thief, Hispanic gang member, who flees from the police. They are kidnapped and taken to a South American country, by the inept jewel thief and his crew, aboard an old plane. There may assist the daughter of a tribal chief who has an appendicitis attack and eventually a series of circumstances bringing the whole family there.
