MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

A 16- year-old pregnant and wounded, fleeing a dangerous man. He discovers a desert border town. Soon he realizes that the only residents there are cultivating grass to live and the people are planting marijuana human being who is fleeing.
