MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

More than a decade working and about thirty thousand drawings Japanese animator Keita needed to shape Kurosaka Midori- ko, a stunning, hiperclimático " paranoid fairytale ", as it is called. The chronicle begins drawn with crayons, with little Midori dreaming of a colorful world of plants. Instead, where it travels as a young man is to a post-apocalyptic future, surreal and grotesque as a nightmare of Jan Svankmajer, and suffers severe food shortages. Neither hunger nor quirky neighbors / mutants living building succeed in weakening the conviction Midori vegan. Meanwhile, in a laboratory, five scientists succeed in developing " the food of dreams ", one that is both meat and vegetables. The problem is that Midori - ko ? Sort of pumpkin with face and limbs ? ? has no intention to be eaten. When roads and Midori Midori - ko intersect, must fight to stay safe from the neighbors, scientists and even their own instincts ..
