MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

60s. Rachel Flax, an eccentric and sexy single mother of two daughters. The eldest, Charlotte, of fifteen, who also feels ashamed of the antics of his mother sets out to be the best Catholic world. The little girl, Kate, aged nine, dreams of becoming Olympic swimmer. Rota his last relationship, as usual, the three move to a new location. There, Charlotte discovers first love, and Rachel meets a quirky shoe salesman. This movie is part of the Mermaids trilogy (1990, 2003, 2011).
