MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Dr. Fuentes is a man in search of his legacy, seven medical students he trained to work in impoverished native villages. But from the beginning begins to suspect that "gunmen " came before him, and is confronted at every step with bloody realities always ignored.
