MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

1933. In Sopot 4 people living very different character. The streets of the town is invaded by a wave of Nazi political propaganda. 50 years ago, four people were brutally murdered. Currently, a commissioner is investigating the issue, concluding that it could also be a possible murder cyclic repetition in the current period. A psychic and her brother discover that a powerful medium is controlling his will four people to thereby attempt to repeat the crime and so enter a " timeless black hole " where you can be reborn.
