MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Whenever anarchy prevails while the screams for the downtrodden become lifeless, a saviour comes into the world to get rid of the tyrants and put a conclusion for their immoral activities. Surajbhan (Mukesh Rishi) is the title of 1 such despot and Shantinagar may be the base of his unlawful tasks. D.C.P. Shrivastav (Mohan Joshi) and Inspector Thapar (Shiva) are hand-in-glove with him. Krishna (Sunil Shetty) is a victim of Surajbhan's atrocities and it has came back from prison after serving a sentence. He learns of Surajbhan's renewed reign of terror while the development of his unlawful tasks. Exactly how Krishna frees Shantinagar through the clutches of Surajbhan, forms the crux regarding the film.
