MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Frank Stanton loses his girlfriend violently when hit by a drunk driver. Dam of hatred, Frank accidentally kills the driver and is sentenced to three years in prison. Resigned to his fate, becomes a model prisoner until he witnesses the murder of a fellow inmate by guards and they try to blame him for the crime. The only opición for Frank's escape from prison and try to unmask the real culprits while being pursued by law.
