MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

In a town of Asturias a team of fishermen out to sea and is caught in a storm. All ships get back, except one, the Mascato, with six crew aboard. Family members are devastated. Among them are the child Mingo, Celso brother, who also lost his father at sea; Paula, wife of Alvaro, who is expecting a child, and the old nicknamed Anchovy. The hopes of seeing their loved ones fade when a tire jackets with the name of the vessel appears on the beach. The castaways are presumed dead, so that the people hold a funeral ceremony. One day, on a cliff Mingo discovers the body of a man vanished. Since suffering amnesia, villagers is baptized with the name of Elmo, a saint of the Middle Ages, patron saint of fishermen. Gradually, Telmo begins to exert a beneficial influence among the inhabitants of the village. Thus taught ancient fishing techniques and convinces them to implement the quiñón, gift in kind offered to widows of sailors. Meanwhile, Anchovy is committed to an asylum, however Mingo and two of his friends rescue him from the place. Then Mingo seen in the village chapel of San Telmo bust, which bears a strong resemblance to the drowning man found on the beach. Back in town, Mingo falls from the truck and badly wounded. Powerless to circumstances, desperate cries Telmo facing the sea. Suddenly the miracle happens. In the distance you can see the Mascato returning with all its crew unharmed. Their relatives are happy on the beach.
