MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Kei is a professional pickpocket. Along with three friends, is dedicated to rob passers also careless stroll through the city center of the capital. The rest of the time is spent discovering the city on bicycle and photographing the streets with her Rolleiflex camera. But everything changes when he meets Chun Lei, a beautiful young woman with a dark past to be fascinated by. Love will lead to Kei and his companions to a theft which then serious trouble.
